Go to the booking page for your Tünn location. There, you can select the desired date and time, choose the number of guests (or a private sauna), and pay online. You only need to provide your name, phone number, and email address. You will then receive an access code via SMS and email, which you can use to enter the sauna during your reserved time slot.

1. Enter the four-digit access code from your booking confirmation on the keypad next to the sauna door.

2. Press the checkmark to confirm the code.

3. You'll hear the message "Access granted" – the door can now be opened.
   

If you leave the sauna during your session, you'll need to enter the code again to get back in.

Your code is only valid during your booked session. Don't forget to take your belongings when you leave.

We work with a major payment provider to offer various payment methods, including credit card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and Giropay. As all payments are processed through our website, cash payments are not possible.

The Tünn sauna features an electric heater that is automatically controlled. The temperature is set to approximately 80°C, and we ensure the sauna is heated when your reserved time slot begins. The heater switches off automatically after your session, unless another booking starts immediately after yours.

Tünn saunas are designed for 4 to 6 people. When you book a private session, up to 6 guests can enjoy the sauna comfortably. If you book individual spots, there will never be more than 4 guests in the sauna at the same time to ensure comfort.

Absolutely! You can book individual spots or choose a private session. A private session costs a bit more, but you and your group will have exclusive use of the sauna during that time.

Most Tünn locations have an outdoor shower for cooling down after your sauna session. If there isn’t an outdoor shower, you can use the campsite’s sanitary facilities instead. Locations with an outdoor shower also provide a bucket, which you can fill and use for your own sauna infusion.

Tünn does not set rules regarding swimwear, but some campsites may have specific guidelines. Check the booking page for your location for more details.

Anyone aged 18 and over can book a sauna session with us. Visitors aged 12 to 17 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 are not permitted to use our facilities.

Unfortunately, bookings cannot be canceled, as we need to ensure the heater is warmed up in time for your session.

The sauna heater needs time to warm up, so bookings must be made at least one hour in advance.

After booking your time slot, you’ll receive an access code via text message and email to unlock the door. The digital lock ensures that only guests with a valid reservation can enter. From the inside, the door can always be opened without a code, so you’ll never be locked in.
