Showering before using the sauna is mandatory.

It is mandatory to sit or lie on a towel inside the sauna.

Shoes, slippers, or any other footwear are not allowed in the sauna.

Drinking water is allowed; other drinks, food, smoking, and drugs are not permitted.

Only clean water may be used for pouring water on the heater. The use of personal products in the sauna is not allowed.

Close all doors and leave the sauna clean and tidy. Take all your belongings and trash with you when you leave.

Independent use of the sauna is allowed from the age of 18. The minimum age for visitors is 12, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Respect other guests. Verbally or non-verbally disruptive behavior, intimate physical contact, and taking photos or videos of other guests are not allowed.

Do not use the sauna if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, have a fever, or show other symptoms of illness.

If you are pregnant, have low blood pressure, or suffer from medical conditions such as heart, liver, or kidney problems, sauna use is not recommended. If in doubt, consult your healthcare provider or doctor.
